Honig: Trump’s best defense is ‘non-legal’

The best defense is for President Trump is “non-legal,” says CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig, “to get this thing pushed past the election and hope he wins” – or to rely on a sympathetic Florida jury: “Jurors are supposed to put aside their political leanings. They are human beings. They will bring their belief into the courtroom.”
