Absci said Jonasson would step down from the board and his roles at Phoenix and Convergent as he steps in as CFO and CBO. He also previously served as chief executive of Comera Life Sciences.
Absci said in a regulatory filing that Jonasson would receive an annual base salary of $520,000 and a one-time payment of $25,000. He will also be eligible for an annual target bonus of 50% of his salary.
