Assurant’s chief financial officer, Richard Dziadzio, is leaving the business-services company after more than seven years in the post.
Assurant on Wednesday said 25-year company veteran Keith Meier, who has been chief operating officer since January 2022, immediately succeeds Dziadzio as chief financial officer.
Assurant said Francesca Luthi, who joined the Atlanta company in 2012 and has been executive vice president and chief administrative officer since July 2020, succeeds Meier as chief operating officer.
Assurant said Dziadzio will remain with the company until mid-March to assist with the transition.
